Great theory :)
FINALLY I found some people talking about this show. I'm on Beamly and I think I'm the only one watching :/
Can't wait for tomorrow ;)
I liked H2O better than Mako though. I thought the acting -especially of the mermaids, but also the supporting cast- was so much more believable. Still, I'm glad it wasn't the end :)
I just loved the tail but wish they were more efficient as far as speed and functionality goes. They seemed too heavy to maneuver in. Even simple things seemed hard/ impossible. E.I why they had different shots and angles.
But shoot I'd jump on a chance to get a tail like that in a heart beat even with those flaws haha and that gap doe!!

Welcome to Mernetwork! I need to watch H2O I have only watched Mako Mermaids. I liked Mako Mermaids a lot and noticed everyone has said H2O is better so I definitely need to see it!
@ Imogen Finnly - I always think they could have just saved money and probably time by just having regular silicone tails. Even with 'regular' silicone tails they could have still made them look different with markings and unique fin shapes.
I agree I would freak out if I had the chance to get in one of those tails! Then I would probably freak out again because it would probably be weird to swim in.
What i also never understood was, what is the time frame or h20 and mako? Because with such large schools of mermaids youd think the h20 girls would eventually run into them.
Also im surprised Will didnt ever change into a merman..i mean, come on lol
Alea- yeah im with you on that. I mean loom at mermaid lindin's tail, i heard its slightly extended and its a dream boat of a tail. Def. Easier to maneuver

Thank you very much Mermaid Alea! The community seems to be amazing! You even have your own pods :D
I never thought that this was a real life phenomenon. I think that's totally amazing! I always wondered how it was to swim with a mermaid's tail and whether or not that's more efficient than using flippers, now I guess I've tons to read :D
Edit: you definitely neeed to watch H2o :)
Mako Mermaids Sseason 3 is ONLINE!!!
Seems the higher the number the better so no 2nd half of season 2.
Starts with drama right where we left off, feeling sad for Mimmi :/
Everyone have a great day and a lot of fun watching :)
What do you mean season 3? Season 2 hasn't finished

I know, season 3 is supposed to come out 2016 with the Asian mermaid,
but what's actually the 2nd half of season 2, Netflix calls season 3. Kind of confusing and strange why they did that...

Netflix probably put it as that, maybe they couldn't add them into season 2. Looks like I'm gonna have to get a free month

Could be, but I can't imagine that when they are now even trying out new concepts with shows with weekly episode updates. Maybe they were afraid it wouldn't be visible enough. Still confusing when this doesn't match what's going to air on TV, but hey maybe it's going to be relabelled everywhere else now too :D
This reminds me of classic Dr. Who where Netflix "seasons" just didn't make any sense like season 4 was actually season 12 and so on...
Yeah, I have an app with free shows on and it only has Christopher Eccleston and onwards.

Ahh nice app :)
Okay, but that's just new Who so it's okay. Netflix only has a handful of classic "stories" but puts them into strange "seasons" 1-18. Season 2 contains stuff from season 6 for example. Pure chaos :D
Ok, but doesn't matter, sorry for the offtopic nonsense ;) I'm so glad it's finally arrived :)
Well that makes no sense!

I think Netflix probably did that to draw attention. I don't have TV, just Netflix, so I would not have understood that there was more to season 2 without the internet. As for classic Who, many of the episodes were destroyed over the years. I think Netflix is just doing their best to create a semblance of order in a pretty crazily laid out show. Better than making no seasons at all and my king it hard to scroll, they probably thought.
I was quite disappointed when I saw Mako after H2O because it has no ties to H2O whatsoever, like a completely different world. Mermaid councils, out of a sudden real vs made mermaids, et.c.
Although the ideas are cute too (pods and so on).
I also found the acting to be poor in comparison (but still good enough).
My little cousin likes Mako better, but I guess that's more because of the stories.
Is it on Netflix worldwide? :)
No idea, I just know that it's on US and UK :)
Ok thanks :) I already had my free month since the last season :p
:D
BTW: The mermaiding you guys do looks incredible! Is it a lot of fun swimming like that?
Going to watch now... yippeee :)
