Can I get you guys' opinion? I typically wear a pendant style necklace when I swim in my tail, my favorite being a large black opal on a leather cord. I recently bought this necklace because it looks like abstract coral to me and the gold brings out some of the highlights in my scales. Is this too girlie???
Hi Nerissa! I like things that look bold and masculine. Perhaps something that incorporates shark's teeth and abalone into a necklace, forehead circlet or arm band/bracelet that fits at the bicep. I have thought about some kind of mer-armor but that could be tricky in the water! I can just imagine donning something "manly and steel" and promptly sinking to the bottom of the ocean lol
Ah yes but you will manly rise up from the bottom of the ocean having gained more muscle from having to swim with the heavy armor.
I think armor would be really cool and I definitely love that necklace you got. :)
This is one of my absolute favorite products I offer. It's also one of a kind....

Thanks Lily, Alea, Coyote Walker, Aine and Talia! I appreciate the feedback. It's nice to get an unbiased viewpoint.:)
Not girly. Merman Christian has something similar

No, Arion, I found it in a little shop here that carries unusual things associated with the ocean. (I live in a city that's on the water.) If you like, I will keep an eye out for you and send you a pic if they get anything cool in.
Thanks Wesley! I appreciate the feedback!
This beauty is being shipped all the way to Paris!
I can't wait to get it in my hands :swoon:

Arion, that is gorgeous! It reminds me of Madison's necklace :)
Arion, be careful. I have a replica necklace, and parts of mine fell apart after one swim. Then again, I'm REALLY tough on all of my mermaiding stuff (I like to swim fast, that's what makes me a good tester for new jewelry and accessories that people make.) So be sure to have needle nose pliers handy just in case.
