I've been a little on the quiet side since joining the site (oops?) but I'm actually really excited. I ordered a tail from Merbella with pretty much all of the bells and whistles. OK. Got my design locked in on last night.... one of my super creative art friends helped me! (He's awesome and wanted me to let everyone know he's available for mermaid tail design projects if you need help conceptualizing your ideas)
Raven originally sent me a design option. I really like it, but was worried having stripes on the front and back would look too busy for my tastes. So I worked with my friend to tweak it. Changed the front to a slightly different concept while keeping Raven's design for the back and Fluke. He also created a side view for me which was awesome.
Included is Raven's original design and then the tweaked design I ended up going with...check it out and let me know what you think.
The colors are Navy Blue, Ocean Teal, and Treasure Gold. The Gold looks yellow on the design because its hard to find a good gold in Microsoft Paint ;)

On the darker side, Ariel's angler tail and top look very cool! With that sort of design heel fins work well, and yours seem almost to emphasize your natural heels in a unique and beautiful way! :mermaid kiss: (Also, you deserve to have your own doll!)
