Going to go buy a used wet suit tomorrow to start making a sequins tail! I found it on Kijiji, but weirdly it's being sold by the owners of my favourite fish and chips place and I'm going to go pick it up from the restaurant. So maybe I will also have fish and chips tomorrow.

Current ETA is, like, the same weekend as the local Sci-Fi convention, and a bunch of my friends are staying over to the house that weekend so they'll be there for when(if) it arrives around then-- If it shows up before/during the con I COULD BORROW A WHEELCHAIR AND SHOW OFF MY TAAAAIIIILLLLL.
And even if it doesn't show up until after the con I'm still not opening it up right away until my friends can come over for THE GREAT UNBOXIIIINNNGGGGGG
These two weeks are gonna be slow as balls for me, guys. I can't even cope. MAKE TIME GO BY FASTER PLZ. MY HEART CAN'T TAKE IT.

Call around (and when I say that, I mean look it up online), some drugstores and medical supply places rent wheelchairs by the day!
I plan to! :D I also think the hotel the convention is being held at rents/loans out wheelchairs too, I'm going to look into that too!

:) Excited for you to get it! I know it was a long wait for it, and I seriously can't explain how grateful I am for your patience <3 The entire tail was hand painted, no airbrushing. Some of the stripes are a bit off, I was going to repaint them after it was together but short of painting at least 2/3 of the tail with several layers of white to redo them I was worried the extra layers would make the tail really stiff! Can't wait to see pictures and the video!
Edit- Also, I hope you enjoy and love the surprise I put in there!
I'm so pumped!! And honestly, the wait wasn't an issue at all— I know my tail was a lot of firsts for you, and I wanted you to take as much time as you needed with it. I don't have the tail in my hands yet, but I already know the wait is absolutely worth it. <3
And I'm rreeeaaaally itching to see what kind of surprise you included, too! These next two weeks are gonna be the death of me! XD
