My Mername Last name is Del' Phin ,
So Hi, I'm Lanai Del' Phin :D
My mersona's name is Marius Levee. Levees help to prevent the overflow of water so I have this back story that I come from a family of peace keepers and ambassadors for the seven seas, so we inherited the name Levee since we "equalize"the waters.
My user name is close to my mer-name, but I ran out of space so switched it out. I've had the nickname / persona name Kiara Stormsinger for more than twenty years, so I'm going to keep using that. For coming up with a last name, think of a word of a place or thing you love, or that has something aquatic about it. Then, follow it with a word of being something you love. Examples: Lightdancer, Windseeker, Wavecrafter. Just ideas!

Mine is Vanora Sirene. I just really liked the name Vanora and SireneI was given by Eden Sirene. Its kind of like a family name haha!
Ohmy cod XD I'd love to have a beautiful mermaidy last name, that one just sounds like... so clumsy :D Maybe the beautiful mermaidy last name will appear in future in some other surprising situation :D
Also Shenielle, I really love that Seafoam as a last name. Your names really bond and fit together :)
I've been thinking about this way too much... Hahahaha! But I have finally decided that I'm Phantom "MagicCrafter"... Because it just makes sense, I suppose? And it sounds kind of magical... And magical is good, since I'm more of a Shapeshifter than specifically just a mermaid anyways! ;)
Sooooooo....
Mermaid Phantom MagicCrafter of Mallet Island (rhymes with "ballet")... talk about one heck of a long title!
Hello,
first post :)
My username fits my mermaid name.
Angel Fairwinds
Ive always liked Angelfish so that's where the first name comes from. The last name just popped into my head and it stuck.
My last name is Valentine. So that already kinda works.
Sheira Seastar here! I got the name Seastar from the book "Sea Star" about the horse who descended from Misty of Chincoteague.
I always thought my last name is mermaid. Its what they always yell out at the pool!
If I had to settle for a last name, it would be Grumpy or Grumpyface. Because I always look like I'm in a bad mood at the pool, solely of the face I make when I have to hold my breath, stick the tongue to the roof of my mouth and breathe in some of the water. I haven't figured out how to smile at the same time whilst doing all that!
I never really considered having a last name, maybe a title at best.
Also, Jaffa- I think everyone here can sympathize with the face thing. I once tried making a pretty face during a tank gig.... And it came out like this. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...1f8d871d5e.jpg
(Imma gonna eat yer kids.)
(In my defense, the tank's PH was WAAAAY off, so whenever I opened my eyes, I was in a ton of pain. I ended up missing a set that day because I was writhing in pain.)
spoken like a true mermaid! :thumbs up:
I really don't get why nowadays, everyone is supposed to be nice and cheery around kids.
Back in my day, children were told scary stories ("stay away from this and that, or the mermaid/hag/fairy comes and eats you"), and those kids were a lot better behaved than the current ones.
(just having this discussion on a historic re-enactment board, and it's so annoying to see people really think that kids were pampered and treated like demi-gods in historic times as well. :p )
