Actually yes I would like to know what their refund policy is but to be honest this is the first auction on eBay for me so I know nothing about how everything works so if someone can help me (I will also ask to my brother that has more experience than me with this kind of things) but also I'll send the seller a message to see what they say about it.

Unfortunately at the last second someone made a better offer and I couldn't get the tail I was really close to it but nothing....really at the last second....
It would be for another time or maybe Mermaid Hannah 2011 will reply who knows what will happen in future!
