I've been looking for one like that. Haven't found one for under $100!
So I just bought this gorgeous seashell belt off Etsy the other night! <3 It's definitely not swimmable, but I think it'll look gorgeous for regular wear or dry appearances in my tail at cons and stuff-- Especially if I combine it with some netting and seaweed!

I got some vintage brushes and mirrors on eBay for $3 and I turned the gold ones into shell bedazzled. mermaid accessories. The other (silver) I thought was pretty and just left it alone.
