I checked in with her last night and she said she has a bunch of updates ready to go and she's also prepping for the Weeki 2017 calendar shoot (they shoot between now and end of May, we lent our 3 tails last year for it) so hopefully people should start hearing things soon :)
Raven sent me a message today!!! My tail is basically finished and once it dries she will send pictures! Not gunna lie, I'll probably cry like a baby from joy once it's here!

I just received my first sketch so I am absolutely HYPED!! I'm almost scared to make note of any tweaks I want — her art is so beautiful! I thought she just whipped everything up in a program (which would still be brilliant), but it looks like watercolors? Either way it's gorgeous

So out of curiosity what have people's production times been recently? Not wait times, but the time from when Raven said were starting your tail to the time she says its posted (or those close to being finished how long that took)? I'm not being impatient I promise I'm just curious as to kind of how long it takes her to actually make a tail (I know it varies greatly because of a number of factors) but I still think the numbers would be interesting.

My production time so far has been just over 8 months
i assume what take the most time is the elaborate paint job. she is amazing and amazing work takes time.
