I KNOW they sell that molding at home depot and lowes and you can just cast it in silicone.
French Merman- Thanks! :) My boyfriend likes the seaweed top as he says it looks more "real", and I do think it'd be easier to coordinate with my tail, but I'll have to see. The Atlantis top is so gorgeous. All of them are so gorgeous. Aah. #mermaidproblems

When I make my bellydance costumes I buy all my Swarovski crystal online. Fire Mountain, Art Beads, Dreamtime Creations, are a few places. Not sure exactly what is on the costume though.
