Better Body Goals-Accountability Thread
^all of this. Just make small changes. Trying to do too much too fast won't stick and you'll get burnt out. I read somewhere that you need 30 days to make a new habit.
For me, I found myself too hungry and gaining more weight working out everyday. I did the 30 day shred from the time my daughter was 4 months until September. I quit that, focused solely on diet and swimming and have lost about 10-ish pounds I think that way.
My first goal was cutting out soda and sugared drinks other than coffee. Second was adding more water. Now I'm working on cutting out junk food and portion control.
I was 148 before I had my daughter, nearly 154 this summer, and after a year I'm at about 142 (it varies a bt daily). I really believe focusing on diet was the key for me.
