The base color is black but there's a lot of purple and a blue/purple used for highlights, so I can definitely see how it would look more purple than black. I'm so excited to receive it!

New tail in action!
Our waterproof cam spazzed out :( so bummed we didn't get any underwater shots. Until next time

LOVE this shot though. The lighting and ripples make you look so mysterious.
