I actually made it out of cardboard and ALOT of duct tape. I used the wrong paint do after I took the pic it started chipping. :.......(

Well, this tail is self-made by me! I love love it but once I finally graduate from college this december I'll be purchasing my own merbella or finfolk mermaid tail!! I'm so excited!;)

I forgot to upload it here too; my new silicone tail! :) Its my first hand-made silicone tail and although there are a few mistakes, I know for next time! :D hehe!

I like how your pectoral fins kinda stand up, Mizuko. And the coloring is really pretty, too :)

Hi guys, I've been on this forum for a few years know and love following and reading all the interesting threads. I don't comment alot because I'm kinda shy and after sharing photos of my neoprene tail everybody was so nice and friendly I decided to show the transformed painted neoprene tail, I've waited a long time and after 3 months I've finished my sequin tail!!!!! I love it!!!
The first one is photoshopped and the second one is what the tail really looks like (but it has to be photoshopped to as you can see, it kinda needs a background)

I'll post a video of me swimming in it tomorrow (if I don't forget, help me remember)

I made a thread about how I transformed my neoprene tail in this sequin tail, since this tail was recycled I didn't make a "how I made my tail thread" (I do have one of when it still was a painted neoprene tail) and these are not 12mm sequins, they're bigger.

@ Pearl Bae - It looks sturdy enough to be swimmable but I went and looked for the ad, she's just sitting in a chair, so I'm not sure.

I looked on their shop where they sell off the used props, the mermaid tail wasn't in the listing.:(
