You could go on their fb page and see if anyone has had that problem. If not, then ask them why there is extra shipping fee when you've already paid the shipping fee, and why this "extra fee" has not been stated on the website.

I wonder if they just added that? Maybe they hadn't had a Merfin order until now and they didn't realize how much it would cost to ship?
I'm not bothered by the extra shipping fee. I'm just a little weirded out that suddenly their whole store doesn't have regular store things. I looked on their facebook and they show up on a different place on the map. So their addresses don't match, but at least the facebook one looks like a store location.

Edit: I got a reply about getting a tracking number. Six days later; but thats alright, I'm just glad I got a reply. Apparently you can't get tracking numbers for the cheapest international air shipping. I am feeling better, now I just need my merfin to arrive.
I am a size eu 38-39 and Some sites say this is a 8-9 us but some say 7-8... Slightly confuzzled over here. Will i fit into the L size merfin?

This is a really stupid question, but I have to ask. Which way do you wear the fin? I keep seeing pictures with people wearing it with both the side with the toe holes and the other side on top. Both seem comfortable to me?
I don't know. It does look like a fin you can wear either way.
You wear it the way with the holes under your heels. I can't even imagine trying to wear mine the other way...

So I got my oceanika on craigslist. It was the size I would have ordered, but it's a smidge too small. I've modified it a little to be more confortable but it's still a bit tight. I've been wearing neoprene socks, but most of my problem is across the top. I cut it down on top to make it easier to slip into...but it still hurts over the top of my feet.
yep. and that's why I rather wait for the adult sizes.
Coyote, once the adult sizes come out in April you might want to buy a bigger one and sell your current one. Even though it's modified I'm sure it would still sell.
Maybe...i dunno. It was allright with the socks...but they got a hole in them and I tried to cut then and glue them in the pockets but the way I didn't didn't works. I can wear size 4 little girls shoe, and it's the size I would've ordered per the online measurments anyways... hmmmQuote:

What tail are you referring too? I know Hales' tail from fishbutts has a merfin in it.
Um... I was reading all of the Show us your tail thread, and saw it in there.
Fish Butts used the merfins in their latex tails before their business dwindled. So, yes. That's why. :P

So i keep seeing people saying they're going to have adult sizes in april, and maybe the neoprene tail skins too, but where is the news coming from?
I don't know about the skins, but I emailed them and asked if they would be offering colors and adult sizes a few weeks ago and they said they would be. I think someone else may have too.
Unrelated: I love how every single merfin is different, because of how the yellow/gold is mixed in.

Got video of me swimming in my oceanika fin! I know I'm not the best swimmer but you can really see it well in quite a few shots.
