I haven't received mine yet, but she said I would get it before the 26th of May, when I'm leaving on a vacay to Florida.

Not a thing. Not an update, she said:
"Tail should be out to you then. It should arrive on the 24th or a bit sooner." She used two "shoulds" so I'm not feeling very positive about getting it before my vacation at this point. I literally leave in one week. I've tried to be patient, but this is the last straw of my patience. Hoping that I still get it by the end of the week.

Havent gotten my refund after she officially said I would get it on April 29th.

I'm pretty much never ordering from fishbutts ever again at this point.

Has anyone reported her to the better business bureau?

I'm keeping my cool until the date she told me that I would receive my tail by. Her lack of communication is maddening. I sent her an email two days ago asking for shipping confirmation, pictures and a tracking number. No response.

I've sent countless emails (never more then one in two days) since April 29th and haven't heard a single word.

I'm not sure if I can. Being from Canada and all... I've looked into it, but it's so confusing. I don't even know where to start.

I opted for the refund back in Feb and message her once a month about the money but never get a response and I message both her Facebook and emails :mad: If it was only a couple of bucks I wouldn't care but $300 is a different matter!!

I hear you. I paid $475 :/

An update:
I messaged Stephanie and she told me that my tail wasn't quite finished yet. She told me that she would have it shipped to my hotel with a confirmed delivery date by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week and apologized for the delay. She also said that she would have pictures for me by the 26th. I will keep posted on what happens with that.

I saw on FB that no more refunds are being offered and that updates are more delayed? D:

I'm so mad right now. I really hope the no more refunds thing is only applying recently and not to people who asked ages ago. Otherwise, I'm going to flip because I asked a couple weeks after the refund thing was posted and stillll haven't gotten any word on this.

And I REALLY don't want a Fishbutts tail anymore. I'm so done.
