Hi everyone :-D ! I juste placed an order 3days ago to finfolk and pay my deposit today, i am so excited !!! And thinking of the design of my futur tail i don't if i'm going with individual scales or not 😭 ( A Swiss mermaid 🐮 )

Yes they did, but after responding to a few threads/discussions I have not gotten word back (not that I really expect to any time soon -considering I just got onto their list and they're usually busy)

It'll be worth it though

Got my new FinFolk tail last week, picked it up in person.
From deposit to pickup, 1 year 7 months. Mid Feb 2015 to Mid Sept 2016.
Production month was Feb 2016.
Take into account the twins had a lot of events in their lives so hopefully I weathered the worst delays and the production times will start to shrink to a more reasonable amount of time. My tail has individual scales, that's a big time sink.
Its a journey, pack a lot of patience. "Good things come to those who wait".

My production month was August. I was waiting to see the new calypso fluke design before I made my final decision on which one fluke I wanted (I chose the new calypso!!) the tail has not been made yet but to be fair on them, I submitted my measurements mid August which, in my eyes, was late and totally my bad. The girls probably have all sorts of projects to do including mine and they know they are a bit behind schedule with my tail. I don't want to rush them but I do hope I get it maybe by the end of the year! I'm just awaiting design/paint mock-ups!

how long have you been waiting out of curiosity?

So I've tried to order a tail with the twins but have gotten no response. I know that they are busy people but is there some way that I could get in contact with them to order a tail?

If you sent a "READY TO ORDER" email, then its just a waiting game afterwards. I waited about two weeks before I resent the email and I got a response the next day. Sometimes they respond quickly, sometimes they don't; it just depends if you have good timing. But they are super busy, so waiting game.

I put my order in September 2015. So about a year �� they at quite popular so I figured it'll be a wait until I get mine. Hopefully I'll get it by the end of the year! ��

All of these GORGEOUS tails are putting Finfolk towards the top of my list. They really know how to bring a design to life.

I'm honestly kinda hoping the big news is that they have hired one or more competent employee(s) to assist them in making tails. You know, to decrease waiting time.

Maybe it has to do with their apparel line or that pink fluke picture they posted awhile ago?

didnt work out so well last time since the helper betrayed them and went off and started their own tail making business :p
