Again I apologize it's taking so long to get the tickets up. Both the hotel and the pool are slow to give us anything we need, I don't think either are used to hosting conventions. I think we're going to have to make it clear if we stay at these locations next year that we get everything we need early on in the year because it keeps bottle necking everything!!!
But once we get a few bits of info from them, we'll be able to finalize a few things, and updates will come pouring out!

yes there will be. A closing ceremony at the hotel, and activities at the pool beforehand. Last year a lot of people didnt fly out until Monday morning.

Not going to book until closer to the event...have to arrange animal boarding, work vacation days, etc. Heaven forbid I miss out on anything!!!
