Yeah I saw on FB they aren't offering anymore refunds, apparently it was a limited time offer? I would message her, I know you don't always get replies... but it's the only other thing I can suggest besides what's already been suggested :( sorry everyone

Hi guys I ordered a tail back in may and im expecting sometime in a month or so (i ordered a full silicone) and I kinda feel horrible since shes doing bad with her business but i really love her tails and just hope that i get mine. i hope shes getting back on track and finally wakes up and realizes that she really needs to give you guys refunds or your tails. I'll post photos if i get my tail! :) its neon yellow with pink splash inspired side fins and the ariel fluke :)
