More undertones are going to be added to the fluke veins along with a little bit of green-blue overall, then soft strips on the front and spots on the back (and adding on the dorsal and heel fins)!
I'm seriously so in love. I've been having a lot of crap going on lately (countless school/work issues and one of my beloved pets going into an expensive surgery early tomorrow), it's been a hard week but after seeing the pictures, I already feel better and like I can handle everything. :)

Lorelei, your tail is SO BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done! I also completely empathize with you on the tail being a beacon of light- I've also been having crazy school/work issues, totaled my car last month, and had to put my cat down. Thinking of the tail has kept me afloat through all the rough spots. Moving to Seattle and going to a new school. We had to cancel the Hawaii trip sadly due to financial troubles with it, but are going to Disneyworld instead because it is cheaper and still something big to do for our anniversary, so we have that next year at least and hopefully Mermaid July and I can spend a month together and film our mermaid show. I love how glossy the tails look when the silicone is still wet. Just amazing :) So exciting to see updates coming out again!
