You will need... a blush brush, eye shadow applicators, white eye shadow, aqua eye shadow, violet eye shadow, stick on gems, mascara, liquid eye liner, aqua colored sparkley lip gloss
step 1) Using an eye shadow applicator, cover your eye up to your eye brow with the aqua colored eye shadow
step 2) Outline the bottom portion of your eye with the aqua colored eye shadow
step 3) Next, using your pinky finger, gently swip the violet colored eye shadow over the aqua colored eye shadow
step 4) Now, using your pointer finger, gently swip the white colored eye shadow over the blend of the violet and aqua
step 5) Using liquid liner, draw a thin line of eyeliner above your eye lashes. Make a small line sweeping off the corner of your eye
step 6) Place a stick on gem at the end of this line
step 7) liquid line your waterline
step 8) cover your lashes in black mascara
step 9) using bobby pins, tape, or a friend, place fishnet anywhere on your body (shoulders, forehead, etc.)
step 10) using a large blush brush, dap the aqua colored eye shadow across your chosen section of your body
step 11) repeat step 9 with the violet and white colored eye shadow
step 12) apply the aqua colored sparkely lip gloss to your lips and the look is complete! :)
If you still do not understand, I will be making a video of this soon ^_^

Wow!! I have to try to do something like that =p
My make up is pretty around the basics... I simply put turquoise blue shadows on the top of my eyes and black crayon.
I certainly Need to be more artistic! :D

I love this tutorial where everyone can learn about the mermaid's makeup in all types like what kinda mermaid they wanted to see they could make the same one. Too much instructive and nicely working videos for learners.
