I originally became interested in freediving and my interest in mermaiding stems from that. But I was curious what you more experienced peeps do to last longer underwater. Do you apnea train? I found a few apps I plan to try soon. Any reviews or books out there on apnea training?
There are several threads on this, one is "how long can you stay under" I think.
