Want to see this tropical mermaid take the plunge in Oak Mountain Lake in the middle of winter? I am so not used to the cold, and I'm sure many of you northern mers would think an Alabama lake was nothing. ;)
I took the plunge in January of 2015, swimming further than many of the other attendees. ;) And nearly became grilled fish sitting by the bonfire to warm up.

All money raised is supporting Special Olympics Alabama. A minimum of $50 is needed to see me take the plunge again in 2016. The more we raise, the more will be devoted to sports training and competition for children and adults with disabilities!
The Plunge is January 30, 2016. All donations, even the smallest, are appreciated! <3
