Not that uncommon.
Intriguing in a way, as it can be hereditary (about half of webbed-toe folks have a parent with the condition).
Maybe it's like one last tribe of dolphin people living among us? :D
I hope they can help the girl though, sounds like she had some mishap.
Looks like she's been identified and is receiving help to reunite with family.
