Wouldn't a Polident have many teeth? Or is that Polydent?

Yes! Poly means many. If it had one spike or whatever they're called, it would be a monodent. Then bident, trident, quadrent, and so on!

If my boy friend gets mering I might ask my dad to help make one he has a welding business he's just started up. I'm not good with fire so I design it he crafts my metal work he made me a crown for my magikarp cosplay I hope to finish by after popcon.

I bought one from a costume shop and then spray painted it and added pearls and the like to it

Cost me less than $15! It is really lightweight but fine in the water!
