Definitely. I'm print screened the first convo I had in which they were supposed to call me at 10 am yesterday which didn't happen, which is why I was waiting for a yellow slip in the first place.

At the moment I am giving ups shit for telling me to come pick it up at 5 while I was at work. Bitch calls and the signal is shit so I ask if I can call back and she tries to hang up on me. She gives me the number to call back after I nearly cussed her out. I quickly get the number an call not even 2 minutes free I ran out of the store and no one picks up. Thankfully they let me off early and they all knew how important my tail was (yes they all know and want to see it in action)
so I get here and I'm requesting to pick it up and I have al the required docs with me. Bitch comes and he's like your package is out. Like EXQUEEZE me?? Y'all told me to pick it up by 5 and y'all are tellin me it ain't here??

there's a bit of a delay. i filmed the unboxing, i have little Cola sleeping under the window in front of the bed.
Also, there wont be pictures of me getting into the tail yet as i have yet to have the guts to go into a sex shop to buy LUBE. also... swimm will be put on hold as im in the middle of moving and the tub here is nasty as eff

I can honestly say I have never once used lube (or anything really, other than maybe water) to get into a tail. Maybe you won't need to go to the sex shop?
However, different strokes for different... merfolks?
Watered down conditioner works really well. My best friend has used both lube and conditioner and prefers conditioner by far.
Yep I use cheap suave conditioner to put on my mahina fin. You can buy lube online.
