How to deal with hate for being a mer?

I haven't experienced any 'hate'. Just as I do when the public gives me and other furries crap, I do the easiest thing there is: ignore them.

It hurts when the hate comes from someone you love, but that's not a reason to stop doing it, so I just repeat that quote as much as I need to feel a little better and realise that it's true.... don't let their negative vibes get to you: their hate, their problem.
