Monofin-less fluke?

For power transfer and efficiency, I like my fins / monofin as tight as possible.

I looked at the Sorta Clear 40 as well, but decided against it and got some of the Smooth-Sil 945 instead (shore A 45, so a little harder, and I didn't get the 50 because it wasn't a 1:1 mix ratio). I haven't had a chance to test it, though, hopefully soon. If it doesn't work for what I want to do, I might try the Sorta Clear or something else. It can be pretty helpful to call SmoothOn and talk to their consultants. I'm planning to do that again now that I have some more specific questions for them.
