No. It's actually the comfort. It's tight on my feet and the competitor is really heavy.

After I got my splash tail, I fell in love with the trainer monofin and I would really prefer a lighter and flowy tail

Going back, not really. BUT I'm thinking of purchasing a FinFun tail in the future for occasional swims without my silicone tails. Don't know when though.

I'm not sure. It seems like you have big feet and it's already quite tight on mine. If you are from UK, you could always visit in Paris for a weekend and try out the tail to be extra sure. It's up to you.
