    I've used the same thing and it comes off with makeup remover/Sephora's waterproof makeup remover.

    Do you have costume stores or make-up/accesory stores where you live?
    We have costume stores in many towns and cities here where you can buy costumes for Halloween and such. They always have a lot of make up and accesories as well, they have for instance rhinestone stickers to put on your face in all colors and varieties.
    *Edit : i offered to look in the stores here what prices are for those stickers but i see you mentioned them already so you probably have them :-)

    I'll take you up on your offer if I can't find any. There are costume shops in Tokyo and accessory shops like Clair's in some of the malls and shopping centers. There's just SO many malls and shopping centers. So I'll be looking for a while.

    So it's not mermaid makeup EXACTLY,but,it is my Ursula makeup I did this past Halloween. Hope ya'll enjoy! I made the trident and necklace as well

    I made myself some jewel "prosthetics" to cut down on my jewel applying time, yet maximize my jewel applying accuracy, haha.

    Scraps from a lace wig! I'm sure any non-stretchy tulle would work. I'll cut them out when they dry. I have an UW shoot Sunday so I'll know right away if it holds up.
