I am so glad that you could see the video. Thank you for the compliments. Isn't that video hilarious? We had just gotten off the boat after mermaiding in the ocean and my mom kept asking a million questions about the tail and kept talking while I was trying to give my review LOL. I tried to give a review on here but it would not allow me. I can say that with this tail you cannot go wrong. The seams are nonexistent. It swims very very well. Perfect neutral buoyancy! I am used to having to adjust things because my body shape is a little odd but this Tail fit me perfectly. Kariel gave me the best customer service ever. As you may know I have worked a lot with Eric and I am still waiting on my tail from Raven that I ordered in 2014 (not complaining bc she is busy). I'm used to writing emails and Not hearing from the maker for weeks or a month and have learned a lot about patience during this process, but with Kariel I was happily surprised to get responses within a day at the most. Also as I mentioned having that Google document really helps because you can see exactly what's being done to your tail in real time. I actually ordered some other products from a different tail maker that I needed for that trip and I'm still waiting on those. This really does seem to be the rule with tailmakers that you will not get things on time, but with Kariel I did! I can tell you my friends who had finfolk tails which are also marvelously beautiful and well-made were extremely taken with my tail from Kariel. we did an actual side-by-side comparison in person but I am going to keep those details private because I love both tail makers. I actually want to order another tail from her ASAP because it is seriously the best.
