I'd be into it. I usually watch the puppy bowl but this might be cool too. I wonder how much fun it would be to be a ref at the puppy bowl? I probably wouldn't be able to handle it...
It's probably just footage of fish swimming around in a large bowl. That's basically what puppy bowl is
