That's one of the older Merbella basics I think looks like an atlantis top too. I know this mermaid I just can't place them. Is this in california? I think it's the same girl who did a kardashian party.

Yes, it's in California, specifically Ventura harbor, which is about 25 miles up the coast from Malibu. it's also 25 miles from where I live.

I am the Ariel performer for this month at the Harbor actually. It is a great festival. I'm not sure who the other mermaid is. I haven't had a chance to meet her.

Of course you can come say hello! I will be out at the stage by the mad hatter shop and the carousel from 1-4 pm. For this event I will have my land legs (sea witch approved) but I am always happy to meet people and make new friends!
