Oh thank god! I just moved to Stafford, VA from Oahu, HI and I was so scared there weren't any mers around here! I'd love to meet up with you guys!
Now if only the Chesapeake bay was as clear as the waters around Oahu.
Spent 2 hours in the bay Sunday and was quite surprised at how clear it was. 10-15 foot visibility, fish swimming all around. Lived on the bay all my life and never saw it like this. Usually you can barely see your hand in front of your face. Sunday was the first time I was in the water in 3 years and what a difference.
Are you still in WV? I'm outside of Charleston.
