    Unhappy Taking in my tail.

Hi everyone, I got a silicone tail (basic) with a custom paint job from The Mertailor, but they made the top of it way too big. It's neoprene lined, any ideas on how I can take it in myself> they said they'd do it for free but id have to ship it back and thats over $100 shipping. I sew costumes for a living, maybe I could put it through my sewing machine? thanks for any advice you have

The problem is really that the opening is too large and water comes in and pulls the tail down as I swim

Seam the sides and sew in an elastic around the bottom hem of the top.

Those are the tails that have the more visible side seams aren't they? I would think as long as you have a strong needle you should be able to take the sides in.

You know only have to have a strong also have to have the correct machine that can hold up to the pressure
