I found this on YouTube today - it's the full movie just broken down into 9 parts.

Is it any good? Sounds interesting but made for tv movies make me hesitant.
It's good. I watched it. I know the lady who bought all the tails in the end lol
yeah I like it a lot. it's different from some of the other mermaid movies most people are used to.

I like it in the sense that it is not teen drama/angst, as in Aquamarine. I found it quite entertaining.
My favourite line "I know what you are". "What am I?" she asks as she takes her neoprene tail off!
I know hahaha
Is that the one with 3 sisters and one of them is a Siren? Rather amusing and with much better tops than the meat bras from H2O if it's the movie I'm thinking of.
Meat bras?!? Hahaha!!!

Pfffft meat bras. Probably the most colorful description I've seen of H2O's costuming.
I'm so glad someone found this, I haven't seen this movie in years!

Ha! We call those bacon bras.
I love this movie, and am constantly on the lookout for a DVD. So far, no luck. Maybe someone ought to start a writing campaign to the production company. They'd make some decent money on this if it were available on DVD.
Oh, I also love little crossover moments in genres; Tess, Betty's daughter, is played by Brittany Byrnes, who played Charlotte on H2O. Nifty.
As far as I know, the movie was never issued on DVD in North America. Maybe the logic of the movie suits who decide such things is, they can get more money from the networks and streaming services for running it on TV if there's no competition from people having a home video version?
It was widely released in Europe, though, and you can get DVDs on eBay if you do a worldwide search.
Here are a couple of listings:

The German version is region 2, which creates hassles for North American mers in region 1.

The Greek DVD is region free, though!
Get 'em while you can, merpeople.

One of the most beautiful and realistic silicone tails I've ever seen with the heels barely or not visible

Just read this thread, you are right, these tails, although over 17 years old now, are masterpieces of art and knowledge, and they swim like a dream. I currently own one of the movie tails made for Nikita Ager (Venus). I did only one photoshoot with it, because I donīt really want to swim with it, itīs more a beloved collectible. I have repaired it, freshed up color and elongated the waist a bit, because it was too short for me. The fluke is not translucent anymore, more yellowish-brownish due to age and sunlight, but I nevertheless love it as a piece of mermaid history...
