I've worked with Poser before, there went a ton of time and effort into this.

This generally refers to any depiction of sex acts or genitalia. After some consideration, toplessness is tolerated. Artistic pieces and photos are allowed. Anything considered to be erotic (hentai, porn, ect) is not allowed- it will be removed and user warned/banned/suspended. As a serious critique I'd suggest studying anatomy for awhile. It seems you have a grasp of basic muscle and bone structure but it's hyper emphasized and sexualized. Even if that's what you're going for and I'm assuming it is, working on your anatomy would really really help as even the biggest bulkiest body building females don't have like squarey triangley boobies. :/

Okay I didn't even mind the overly muscley and sexualized imagery as much as I minded the composition, like if the mer people were placed in a less busy setting, it would look okay, there's just too much going on...I don't know whether the emphasis is supposed to be on the merpeople or the dolphins, the planes or what. But yeah I mean be careful what you're posting here, there are kids on this forum..not that we should be hiding sex from kids but I know a lot of parents do that and wouldn't appreciate their child looking at this stuff.
