How do you post pictures? And also, how do you upload a profile pic?

Hi Ayma,

Look at the bar just above the box in which we write replies. Do you see the smiling emoji? Three icons to the right there is kind of like a square with a tiny tree inside. If you hover the mouse over it you will see that "Insert image" appears. Click on the icon and follow the instructions. Pictures cannot be very big or it won't allow you to upload them.

To put a profile pic, in the upper corner of your screen, click "Settings". Scroll down, and there is a column on the left. Search for "My settings". There you can upload a profile pic and an avatar. I am not sure which one you want. The avatar appears under your name every time you write in a thread. <--- This one is the avatar.
The profile pic only appears in your profile.

for posting pictures the way I find works the best is to right click on the photo whereveer it is on the internet, and click "copy image address"

then you type [ IMG ] without the spaces, paste the address and then close it with [ / IMG ] without the spaces. If the link is from facebook just be aware that sometimes facebook will move photos around which will break the links. So people often host them on places like photo bucket etc.

You can also use the icons as Talia pointed out



Small files can be uploaded

Or if you use the button that says URL and paste the same URL in it to generate the code on it's own
