Sequin tails

So i'm thinking of making a sequin tail, and was wondering where people are buying the sequins, what fabric are they using for the inside, and what adhesive are they using? I was thinking neoprene and e6000 but I feel like the e600 would eat through the neoprene.. Or make it extremely itchy in some places.. Also any other tips/ideas would be appreciated.

Some have used e600 to put the sequins on the neoprene. I don't think they have had issues with it eating through the neoprene but e600 does have dangerous vapors so wear a mask if you do glue them.
