    Tail hanger

I just got a new ( to me) silicone tail an was wondering on how to make a type of hanger so the tail can dry inside. Any ideas would be welcome.

If you check out the Tail Care thread, they have some really cool ways to store and hang your tail!

This is how I store and dry my tail (with a microfiber towel inside)

My tail ripped when I hung it up, but mine is also extra heavy since it's got an extension, but be careful on what you're making your hanger out of!!

My tail cannot be hung up due to the way it was made and how separated he edge of the silicone is from the sturdy monofin inside. It will tear it. We learned AFTER putting the hooks up. Mermaid Echo makes a sturdy tail hanger that you can hang from anywhere, and if my tail could handle it, that's definitely what I'd be using. It appears to put less stress on tails than the hooks do. It is extremely affordable as well, listed on her etsy.
