Wonderful review love! It truly is wonderful to see another tail be passed to a new mer. If it wasn't for wonderful mers like you, Alasea and all the others in the community there would be a lot fewer of us with tails.
Oh and the portfolio should work if it has good straps, I've been hauling the MVD tail around in a canvas duffle bag sense cristmass. Makes life so much nicer, though I eventually want to create a custom bag for it designed specifically for carrying heavy mer tails and accessories for jobs.
If you wait a little while on your stand idea I should have a post detailing the one my father and I have been testing to support/dry out the MVD tail.

haha! it looks like all of you are having fun.. xD the little girl is so cute, she looks so happy!
it was so awesome, first water gig with it. Worked really well except I've never swam even with legs in a wave pool. Hahahaha. I basically couldnt stop and rest when the waves were on because if I did it would scrape me across the floor and I didnt want that! so it was go go go and now I'm sore sore sore, hahaha
I normally try and use a inner tube, when going into a wave pool.
Looks like fun was had by all.
