I wanted to share my new scale patterns to see what you guys thought. I have a total of eleven different color schemes as of right now. I don't plan on making anymore until I can start ordering fabric swatches again. Please let me know what you guys think!

I love the blue, red and black diamond scales. The silver are also really cool. *an idea forms* Oh my gosh silver pattern + metallic silver pigment! That would be so awesome! Ooh Hydra1337, what are the other colors? Nice designs for sure!

Thank you. Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll be able to afford printing them via Spoonflower anytime soon. Funds are too tight for a hobby atm.
Not sure how spoonflower works-- do you have to pay to upload designs? If not I'd be happy to order a few swatches to test them. I want some scaly spandex for a project.

With Spoonflower the seller is required to at least purchase a sample swatch of each design before it goes up for sale but you're not guaranteed to get the results you want. The best way to do it is to order a yard of the fabric you want with a color map printed on it, make the pattern based on how the color map turns out, and then order the swatches.
