    Swimming areas with a deep end in Houston-Galveston area?

    The pools near my house have had no issue with my monofin. Good early practice, but those pools are less than 6 feet deep and I want to swim in deeper water. There's only so much you can do in a shallow pool. Anyone know some good places?

    The only ones I know of are around Austin, Dallas, and the hill country.
