Unable to get monofin in Swimtails tail?
So before I knew about Swimtails' shady business practices, I bought a tail for them that matched my goldfish motif. I didn't realize at first, but when I went to put my Finis Aquarius monofin in (and I checked, the adult sizes are only compatible with the Aquarius) there was no zipper. I have no clue how to get the monofin in. I cannot squeeze it in; the fin at its thinnest point is too narrow to allow it through. I looked up tutorials online but could find nothing except somebody folded their monofin to put it in (different brand/style though, I wasn't sure if I should bend mine like that).
Is this a known issue with these tails or am I missing something?

What shady business do they have? (Please let me know. I have no idea what you mean.) I have 2 of their adult tails (a medium & a small) that fit the Aquarius plus matching tops (that are super comfy).
It is a challenge to put the monofin into the tail the first time (after you've swam in it a few times the fabric stretches and it's easier to put the monofin in). Yes, you really do need to bend the Aquarius to get it to fit. I just do it slowly and it works just fine. Don't give up. I love the fabric and the waist of my Swimtails tails.

I found a picture of when I got my first on & I was like "umm, is this going to fit?" . But it did

Okay, thanks a ton. I had heard that Swimtails was copying custom tail designs and ducking questions about it, I read that online somewhere after I had ordered it but before it arrived so I was worried about it and I was really confused when it didn't have a zipper. I'm glad to hear that it really is just as easy as bending the monofin though, it would have been tough to put in a zipper with the shape and type of fabric but I was really considering it lol

My friend got one for her mirage Mer fin, just folded it and it worked great. Thats a solid rubber fin though.
