Does anyone else have the 2 piece partial silicone tail?

I got my 2 piece (fluke and body separate) about a year and a half ago, and it's really not holding up well with light-moderate use... The bottom of the body piece where the elastic is has the silicon and neoprene peeling apart. The bottom of the body is stretching so the metal hooks on the fluke show easily.

Does anyone else have any experience with this? Any fixes? HALP MEH!!!

It's a Mertailor... I just contacted them to get their thoughts, it's really become a problem because I have an ongoing gig, but I'm not sure if they can or will do anything. I still hear such mixed reviews on them. It's a shame too because my the paint job is great and if the concept worked it would be awesome.

Its a really gorgeous tail. I hope it can be resolved.
