    Apnea WorkShop & Monday Swim

    Hi Westcoasters!!

    Firstly: I am in contact withMandy-Rae Cruickshank and am trying to organize an extended breath holding workshop for the Vancouver area. If you're interested please mssg me. Also on Monday March 12th I'm doing an open invite Mermaid swim at Watermania in Richmond. If you and/or your friends want to come swim with mermaids we'll be there!!
