    Sounds pretty cool!
I was curious- there's been discussion lately about the diets of mers. Were you planning on addressing that in any way in your cookbook?
Will it be food for mers or food with various mermaid themes? Does that even make sense?

@ShyMer: It will be various mermaid and ocean themed and inspired food, as for the diet i might touch that. I actually didn't now about the discussion about the diet of mers since i'm new to the forum, but i do think i will do something since my family is trying to eat healthier to help encourage my dad loose weight.

Could you also add in the cookbook some mer related foods that could be bought at the store? Like the sea weed chips? I thinks that's what they're called. I would like to k ow what stores these can be bought at. Also, I have a few cool recipes that are mer related I could send you
    Hugs, fishes, and mermaid kisses!

    Sweet!
I'm a chef that has worked in some fine dining restaurants for the past 6 years. I'll shoot you some ideas once I write down a few of my favorites ^.^

This does sound like a delicious idea, and cookbooks are popular sellers, too. I'm wracking my brain for any recipe ideas, but I can't think of anything overtly mermaid-y off the top of my head.

There used to be canned tropical fruit/pineapples that were cut into dolphin and fish shapes. Not exactly a recipe, but they might be worth tracking down if a recipe involves pineapple. I think it was Dole brand.

@Pandorah: canned tropical fruit idea is wonderful!
@JR: that is perfectly fine lol
@AniaR: Candy sushi? There is such a wonderful thing? *forever spazzes*

Sweet. If you'd like, I can hunt down some old salad recipes I use to make (ie Kale and Arame[a type of seaweed] Salad)

Possibly some fish dishes as well. I have a lovely Halibut dish and a cous-cous stuffed salmon dish to die for.

I would love to get a copy of the e book when it is complete!
