Mister Merman - Thai TV Series

    Finally!

A show with a merman as the main attraction. I'll watch it just to see Moo's tails in action!

western style mermaids seem really popular in Asia nowadays!

...probably deemed more attractive than the traditional ones they have, who look more like fish/frog monsters^^

Yup! Now that they have their own established tail maker. And they actually swim too, not like the other show I posted about where everything was done in front of a green screen or with a lot of sitting around.

yea, I noticed on Kambal Sirena, they filmed the actors ONCE underwater, and then reused that shot again and again while everything else is sitting in the studio with tails and background cgi'd in.

Still not bad, the costumes are very nice looking, just the unnatural upper body twerking the actors do in the CGI scenes is awkward (to simulate moving the nonexistent tail- dudes, you know that to stay in one place underwater, you don't have to constantly do a jerky dolphinkick, right? )
