    Fluke fringe

I am working on a neoprene and sequin tail and I would like to add some fringe to the fluke. What kind of material do I see on sequin tails like Mermaid Hannah's or Mermaid Kariel's tails? Has anyone else attempted fringe and what did you use?

Does anyone know of any kind of waterproof paint that I could use on the shelf liner that wonít flake off?

I think someone on here uses Krylon spray paint specifically for plastic. Not totally sure you might want to test on a small scrap of the shelf liner and submerge it underwater after the recommended drying time on the can of spray paint

Good idea. Itís worth a try. I just bought some Jaquard Lumiere paint that Iíve heard a few mers have used to paint their neoprene tails. The label says that it works on vinyl but you have to use heat to cure it. Iíll test that out too.
