I talked to the ag of colorados office today, and they need more written submissions about your cases! If you are in colorado that is the most helpful since they can't take action unless they can prove st is also doing this in state.

've done mine after almost 5 months of getting excuse and bait after excuse and special tail teasers.

Please note. This is not vindictive but it does need to be done. Reputable businesses do not operate like this AT ALL and until they fix the huge issues they should not be taking more money.

Nobody reputable chains new profits to pay for old refunds, esp since they aren't actually giving those refunds either!!!

Ps, i told them about this and they threatened me with legal action XD

I didn't sign jack with their new refund company.
