Their website looks no different and I see no paypal when I pretend to buy and checkout. Where do you see paypal?

I gave up on them. If I am going to pay that much for a tail, it's gonna be for another Whimsy from Mertailor.

I see new tail skins, nothing different on mobile on my end either, and no paypal .

I'll refresh my cache but you may have caught it during a test. I've checked mertailor as they were doing site updates. It was interesting

Just got my official bbb response today. They still haven't issued a refund despite recent contacts with lots of excuses.

I give up. Buy at your own extremely large risk!

I can't post the full size pic here!

The changes to the site have disappeared! I guess they were testing something. But I can 100% assure you they claimed that they were accepting PayPal

What was the response like? I don't see they've responded to a lot of the BBB complaints, at least on the site, and I saw only a couple replies to reviews.

That's so sh!tty, Sirengita. I have been ripped off by artists too, either don't get my stuff or my money. Then they cover their tracks and act like nothing happened. I get people have had good experiences with them, including someone I know irl, but I just can't with this. So disappointing.

The issue i always see in situations like this is that the rare good experiences are a must to keep the fraud going. Nobody purposely buys from a company NOBODY gets things from. The good reviews if legit are the way they get people to give them benefit of the doubt, like i did!

sounds like they feel like you're harassing them.

also, for real, the BBB is actually completely useless. y'all remember yelp right? where you rate restaurants and stuff? that's all the BBB is. it's basically just an older version of yelp. they have no standing, in anything. complaining to the BBB about a business? great! nothing will happen. nothing ever does, because it's not a government entity. a business with a good BBB rank means nothing in the "real world" it just means people like them.

most businesses have figured this out and do not care if you call/email the BBB about them, because it doesn't affect anything. the only things that can affect businesses are the actual government sanctioned entities like health inspectors, OSHA, etc. if you are absolutely insistent, call the IRS since they handle fraud.

Usually it is considered courteous to give the company a chance to respond to these things but it is likely they took it that way.

hanks about the tips i will definitely follow up
And yeah, i had no idea the bbb was basically nothing. Very disappointed!

So little in place to protecr consumers
