    Diy monofin?

I'm just wondering if anyone has been successful with making their own monofins? Just curious at this point ^_^

I have made several. I bolt swim fin pockets to a sheet of polypropylene.

There is a really good, ancient tutorial on here somewhere, where you take an old pair of regular fins, cut them down and duct tape them, and voila you got a monofin! Let me see if I can find it.

    Here it is https://mernetwork.com/index/showthr...nder-Duct-Tape

I made a lexan monofin with finis zoomers as footpockets that had good propulsion and held up well. However, the lexan was clear so it was invisible in water- not safe for swimming around other people.
